Five years ago we asked customers of Merseyrail to tell us what they thought of the train service and stations and what improvements they would like to see in the future.

Over 32,000 people had their say.

The feedback you gave us helped to shape our targets for improvement to the services on trains and in stations.

Five years on we would like to ask for your help again so that we can continue to meet your needs by knowing what you think and what you want. This will help us to help you in the future.

We hope you will take the time to complete this survey. Thank you.
